Common questions
Do customers pay anything to Carry?+
No. Customers post jobs and pay drivers directly. We make our money from drivers who unlock leads or hold a Pro/Elite membership.
What happens if a driver no-shows?+
We refund any lead credits spent, flag the driver and on a second offence, suspend them. Customers also get priority re-dispatch.
Can I switch between pay-per-lead and Pro?+
Anytime. Pro is monthly with no lock-in. Cancel before the next billing date and you go straight back to pay-per-lead with no change to your account.
Is insurance included?+
Drivers carry their own goods-in-transit cover. Most jobs are under $5k value so a standard policy works fine — we verify it during onboarding.
